Coastal Living 2015 Seagrove Idea Cottage

Located along dreamy Scenic 30A in Florida is the Coastal Living 2015 Seagrove Idea Cottage, a 1980s fixer-upper transformed by one of my favorite designers–Paige Sumblin Schnell of Tracery Interiors! She worked with her husband Mark Schnell of Schnell Urban Design and Peter Horn of Artisan, Inc. to completely update the beach cottage with a modern design filled with fun color! I was so inspired by all of the rooms. The gallery wall in the bedroom and the open shelving in the kitchen are just a couple of my favorite details! I especially love the office (painted Benjamin Moore's Covington Blue) that doubles as a guest room. Smart use of space right there! Jenna Wallis Interior Design

As I was scrolling through the beautiful Memphis home of interior designer Jenna Wallis, my heart skipped a beat when I saw her study–also the designer's favorite space in her home! The pale high-gloss blue lacquered walls are a dreamy backdrop for the vivid peacock accents, not to mention impressive collection of antique pieces and books! Other than the spot-on use of turquoise, I'm especially loving the grouping of landscape paintings that Jenna found at a Paris flea market. But seriously...those chairs! Four Chairs Furniture | Millhaven Homes

You guys know I love absolutely anything designed by Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture & Design...including this incredible American Fork, Utah home! It's so fabulous, I'm splitting the tour into two days starting with the stunning main floor. The home was built by Millhaven Homes, who along with Columbia Millworks, paid some serious attention to detail–especially with the tile, wood, cabinetry and finish carpentry!

I'm not kidding when I say the great room took my breath away! The striking sky-and-sea-inspired blues on the all-white backdrop open up the soaring space even more–and add to the bright and airy vibe of the home. The kitchen is such a dream too. Did you notice the two false cabinetry doors that enter to a pantry and the office/craft room?! So cool! I'm totally in love with that craft room by the way. The Great Meadow Mural is gorgeous! Overall I just adore Four Chairs Designs' trademark way of mixing styles, colors and textures for a fun, fresh look. Their pillow combos are always my favorite!

If there is one thing interior designer Cynthia Collins of Dallas-based Collins Interiors is known for, it's her attention to detail. Each and every element is meticulously planned with the client in mind and chosen for its functionality, meaning and beauty. This incredible home above is a perfect example! As with all of her projects, it is refined, sophisticated, and highlights the unique personality of the clients. Pretty colors and a mix of patterns and textures come together for a look that is both timeless and fresh! The bedroom and bathroom might be my favorite area of the entire home...it really doesn't get more serene! Finish your tour of the home here!
