Sea Ya' - Cinnamon Shore

I guess it's time to admit I'm completely obsessed with all the amazing homes in Cinnamon Shore, the picturesque beach-front community in Port Aransas, Texas. This fun and fabulous beach house above is called Sea Ya' and it's definitely a dream vacation retreat, perfect for a big group! I love how the designer incorporated unique reclaimed and repurposed pieces; they give the brand new home such great rustic character! The bunk room and first floor family room are tons of fun too...the kids in my family would be on cloud nine! As for me?? That master bath is my idea of heaven! Joyful Kitchen

You guys might recognize this one! It's only one of my favorite kitchens ever, designed by Abeles & Associates Architects as well as Katie Rosenfeld Interior Design, and I was thrilled to see it flipping through the June issue of HGTV magazine! I wasn't surprised to learn the homeowner, Amy Lipton, was a trained chef...but I had no idea she runs a cooking school called Joyful Kitchen right of this this fabulous Wellesley, MA space (photographed here by Keller + Keller and styled by Karin Olsen)! The beautiful marble-top island and pro-grade appliances are dream kitchen worthy, but it's Osborne & Little’s Maharani fabric, the Currey and Company chandelier, and the durable peacock blue faux leather barstools that give the cheery room so much personality! Caitlin Moran Interiors

When it came to decorating her own family's home, San Francisco-based interior designer Caitlin Moran went with what she loved, even it it meant breaking some design rules! I just love the results, an eclectic look with beautiful textiles, fun colors, bold artwork and a delightful mix of patterns! The first room with the daybed, the nursery of her nine-month-old twin boys, is my absolute favorite. Love that Quadrille fabric and the Ro Sham Beaux chandelier so much! Hurlbutt Designs

There are some homes that I know will stay with me forever, and this Kennebunk, Maine home designed by Hurlbutt Designs is definitely one of them! Along with Spang Builders, the design team opened things up and added better functionality to the floor plan. The color palette and fun patterns are my favorite thing about the home! The homeowner fell in love with Thibaut’s Resort Collection when she first saw it (one of my favs!), so the designer used fabrics and wallpaper from the colorful collection to bring in a little South Beach flair. The glass mosaic backsplash from Distinctive Tile and Design is absolutely dreamy, as are the turquoise shutters! Seriously guys, this home could not be any more perfect inside and out!
